How to write Arrival Card Once disembarking from your plane, follow the signs to get to immigration. Non-resident foreigners must fill out an Arrival Card You will need to provide information such as your full name, nationality , date of birth ,passport number, flight number , purpose of visit , duration of stay and address in Korea . Fill out the Arrival card neatly and accurately. use block letters or print if your handwriting isn’t clear . avoid leaving any sections blank unless they don’t apply to you.Answer any health-related questions truthfully. If you have any symptoms of illness or have been in contact with sick individuals, it’s important to declare it. Sign and date the arrival card If you’re unsure about any part of the form , you can ask for assistance from the flight attendants or airport staff. they can help you fill it out correctly. After completing the form, detach the appropriate section and submit it to the immigration officer along with your passport

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, only the following persons mentioned below will be able to apply for K-ETA. 1) Nationals of 21 countries that can currently enter the Republic of Korea without a visa The United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Nicaragua, Dominican Federation, Barbados, Venezuela, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Kitts-Nevis, Malta, Ireland, Guyana, Monaco, Vatican City, San Marino, Andorra, Albania, Slovenia, Guam, New Caledonia, Palau *During the K-ETA pilot operation period (from 3 May to 31 August, 2021), nationals of the above 21 countries will be able to enter the Republic of Korea without a K-ETA. After full implementation of K-ETA starting from 1 September 2021, K-ETA will be required in order to be issued a flight ticket (boarding pass) to Korea. 2) Priority entry persons such as business persons from the 91 countries that are temporarily suspended visa-free entry – If a national from any of the 91 countries wishes to enter the Republic of Korea without a visa for business purposes, that person will need to request the inviting company in Korea to apply for a K-ETA and obtain approval from the Ministry of Justice. *Any persons other than the abovementioned will be required to obtain a visa from the Overseas Korean Embassy/Consulate. *All foreign nationals must hold a valid negative COVID-19 (PCR) test result upon entry.
1) The negative COVID-19 (PCR) test result should be issued within 48 hours of departure date or rapid antigen test result issued within 24 hours of departure – The test result must be original and in English or Korean. – If the test result cannot be issued in English or Korean, a translated version in either Korean or English, and a notarial certificate for certifying the translation should be submitted along with the original test result. l (Notarization of translated documents) Personal translations should be notarized by a local notary organization or embassy. Notarization will not be required when documents are translated by certified translators or certified translation offices. – In case of departing from a country subject to reinforced quarantine measures, only documents issued by Korea Embassy-designated test institutions (agencies) will be accepted. 2) Examples of inappropriate and unacceptable negative COVID-19 (PCR) test results – Document issued more than 48 hours from the departure date – In case of departing from a country subject to reinforced quarantine measures, document issued by a non-designated test institution (agency) ※ How to calculate the timing for 48 hours (count back from midnight (00:00) of departure date) (ex) If the traveler’s departure time is 10:00AM, 5 October, PCR test result document issued after midnight (00:00) of 3 October will be accepted.
